H4L is a custom arm care program that combines elements of programs such as Driveline and Texas Baseball Ranch. In our first year all of our players experienced success and improvement. This program is not only about velocity. We also incorporate:

 

• Mechanics for pitchers and position players

• Footwork for catchers, infielders, and outfielders

• Transfer drills for catchers, infielders, and outfielders

 

Players will have two classes per week where they will be led by our expert trainers. Additionally, all players will receive detailed throwing schedules in addition to the in-house training.

 

The H4L Throwing Program will start Thursday, September 1st and run through December 22nd. Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 at the MAC. The price for all 32 sessions is $299+ tax.
