ABOUT LITTLE RASCALS

Little Rascals is a youth sports camp designed specifically for children ages 3 and 4. Our mission is

to provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment where young children can develop fundamental

athletic skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for sports.

CAMP COACH

Compensation: $16 per hour

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available every Saturday and Sunday

• Camp hours are 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM each day

• Consistent weekend attendance is required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Enjoy working with children ages 3–4

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to actively participate in sports and recreational activities

Responsibilities:

• Lead campers through age-appropriate sports activities and games

• Encourage participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship

• Ensure camper safety at all times

• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment

• Follow direction from Camp Supervisors

• Serve as a positive role model for campers

CAMP SUPERVISOR

Compensation: $30 per hour

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available every Saturday and Sunday

• Camp hours are 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM each day

• Consistent weekend attendance is required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Experience in sports coaching, education, youth programs, recreation, or a related field

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to supervise staff and manage camp operations

• Must successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily camp operations

• Supervise coaches and volunteers

• Ensure camper safety and program quality

• Manage schedules, equipment, and activities

• Communicate with parents and address concerns

• Handle incidents and enforce camp policies• Maintain a positive and professional camp environment

BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENT

All applicants age 18 or older must successfully complete a background check before employment.

Schedule: Saturdays | 9:30 - 10:30 AM or 11 AM - 12 PM
Dates: August 22 - October 3 (No Class Labor Day Weekend)

Sunday Class @ The Fieldhouse in Albuquerque

Schedule: Sundays | 9:30 - 10:30 AM or 11 AM- 12 PM
Dates: August 23 - October 4 (No Class Labor Day Weekend)
